The original 30s wooden frame of the H*Chairs holds more than meets the eye: once upon a time, before the advent of foam, upholsterers used to use natural fibers, both animal and vegetal and with patient and skillful experience would ensure greater comfort, durability and resilience of their artworks.

Extensive research among the best artisans in Florence and Rome has revealed that such rare techniques have now mostly disappeared.

We chose to revive the old fine crafts and select the best materials for the H*Chair: coconut and bamboo fibers, horsetail hair, natural latex and cotton. Because details make the difference and traditions inspire timeless quality.
